What I represent on this exhibition was powerful for me as ‘Woman in Violence’ in all over the world happens in every country and every society. It happens at home, in schools, on the streets, at work and on the internet. It remains largely unreported due to the impunity, silence, stigma and shame surrounding it.
I finalized my project to represent my art work with sculptures, printmaking on the wall as inspired by Banksy style – Street artist and political activist- reflected from my sketchbook as a visual diary and a space for experimentation exploring different ideas and forms through drawings also made some collage for printmaking ideas also show with performance in a metal cage.

To show more realistic performance; I chose to be in a cage that my tutor supported my idea agreed to find a dog cage however I couldn’t.After a long time searching, I found a big metal cage filled with some tables in my school and first we took a permission to use it.
It was difficult to empty in it and carry on up to the 2nd floor to our fine art studio because of a heavy duty it was.

The another difficulties of cage’s metal parts digging me so I put yoga mat and 2 blanket in it.

I quite excited how I represent my performance once before exhibition that all the ceramics I created were really enjoyable and most rewarding ones were the faces especially the details as eye lashes, expression on eyes, cable…
My artistic growth is a journey of continuous learning and development of to continue to create ceramics with other forms of expression.

On my crit we edited all the places changed where I will exhibit the body identities ceramics on the plinth also cage place and flash light places changed. All the people interested in shadow art and we hang on the light to the ceiling. For the shadow art which I used flash light is an autobiographycal material that I inspired by Tim Noble, Sue Webster and Kumi Yamashito. I believe shadow art also reflects whose stories of people have been ignored or silenced.

We changed the flashlight’s place to hang up on the ceiling for showing the golden cage specifically.

The subject was powerful as all the people mentioned on my crit so that realistic and coming from true life of women who are abused or violence by someone ,I feel always next to them, that is why I be encourage my life emphatically. Also the bird feather symbolize being strong, freedom as bird feathers are light, but they represent strong and powerful.
The most significant thing I have learnt from “Woman in Violence” art work are highly important for the developing as the importance of sculpture, feminist art, the technique of shadow art, cubist portraits, gilding technique.
The exhibition was amazing and messages was powerful. Here are some photos of it.

A lady tried to help me to get the cinnamon bun which I made with ceramics.I told her not to give because this was only a performance and the cinnamon bun was not real:)
So the cinnamon bun looked real for anyone who interested.

The Sad Face Sculpture was also attractive by people who interested the color as I used granite powder for highlight the eye lashes.

My future plan to touch other true stories reflects on my art and advice people share their voices. because ‘OUR VOICES ARE POWERFUL’ and ‘WE ARE STRONG’.
