On my mind map about “There is No AI”, i have researced and noted how combine art, AI include the plan of management and shared with team.

We have planned to make circles for the future messages and i have created an art style using circles inspired by Kandisky’s circles with created the words make wish turning messages/words into pictures on it.

Then we changed our project that we can make it real, so in this sprit we do research the Giant siphonophore a marine organism belonging to the group of colonial; one of the longest animals in the world has strings, so it would be perfect match with our collaborative projects to make strings together.
The conversation involves a group planning an art project involving historical and contemporary themes of utopia.AI and Emotions. We discussed dividing tasks among groups such as researching historical utopias.AI’s role in a future utopia and contemporary mentions in science fiction. We also discussed the importance of emotional connection to the project and the need for a work-shop style approach to ensure collaborative creation.

A Research About; What is AI and how AI effects people , attack humanity? Is AI emotionless?

An Article “Beware The March Of The AI Bureaucrats”by Financial Times

On our collaborative project,we discovered one of the longest organisms in the world “The Giant Siphonophore”.We needed to explore this creature ever seen in the ocean spotted by scientists a swirling Western Australia that was over 45m long.

When we decide to create Siphonophore i researched what is Siphonophore, what related to our collaborative project as There is No AI (AI in the creative Industries).I have researched Ai and technology as human collabration, invation of future voices, hopes.Siphonophore art research includes pictures (as i wonder how big or long is it)videos, models if there are some kinetic art similar with this organism and illustrations that depict these marine animals. The goal of this art is to raise awareness of siphonophores and their role in the ocean, and to inspire action to protect the environment.
A brief research of Siphonophore; is an organism in the ocean that found by Marine biologists. Some art research examples are;Vertical Migration as the video was created to motivate action on climate change.
Glass models created by Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka. Many organisms they modeled (like jellyfish)These delicate, translucent models evoke fragility and wonder the ideal for contrasting nature’s beauty with its vulnerability to warming oceans to climate messaging.
A modern reinterpretation of Blaschka style sculptures using sustainable materials, placed in public spaces to represent “ghosts” of ecosystems at risk Ernst Haeckel’s illustrations are featured in the art and science of his project inspiration.Ernst Haeckel’s Illustrations (name as Kunstformen der Natur)merged art and biology to depict marine life almost spiritual detail and other works depicted siphonophores.
Our project ‘There is No AI’ related to Ai and technology as human collaboration. Invasion of future voices, hopes.Siphonophores are colonies of many individual animals that work together to move through the ocean. They are long, thin, and transparent, and some species can grow to be over 40 meters long. They have also strings that we created about our future wishing messages so could be collaborative project.
I wrote my short brief to Foundation Students;
I would like to give you some information about fascinating traditions with different countries cultures of wishes as “Wishing Trees”. First of foremost I am from Istanbul Turkey, and we also have these wishing trees which is an old Turkish tradition associated with the ritual of making wishes with different material as beads, fabrics, notes etc. These trees were believed to bring joy and prosperity.
One of my experiences was Yoko Ono’s Blue Message Wall at Tate Modern as ‘Protect the Persecuted’, behind her impactful refugee art.The story was begun with John Lennon came to the exhibition where there was a stepladder in the centre of the hall. He climbed it and through a magnifying glass was able to examine the word written on the ceiling, it was the word “YES”.As he said later had the word “NO” been written there , his life would have been different , it was an exhibition of Yoko Ono, one of the most important figures in American conceptual art.
My other experience was at Turkey archaeological site of Gobeklitepe which is prehistoric place that Neolithic people built and lived there, so old can be still found. The tree was cool with fabrics I saw, and I added some of my wishes too.
Also, some other cultures as Japan,Tibet,Middle East China have Wish Trees even in England it was a tradition before Christmas Tree.
So, for our subject Visions of Future what would you like for the future, share with us! Every voice is valid. Come and join us. Also we will have a workshop on 5th March 1: 30pm.We will send a brief next couple of days include some artists, links, and research. The materials are unlimited, and you are welcome to bring your material with you that day. The only thing they can be able to move and not too heavy. You can use fabric, transparent materials, metal, steel etc.We will also provide some as well and will show different techniques, processes as lubing, sowing,We will also discuss artists and context, introduce some skills as well.We hope you will improve your portfolio as the topic is about technology, AI, kinetic art, marine biology, human for future. You can also join some open call, artist residencies. Thank you.

Dear Foundation Students,
Thank you for listening to our talk on our collaborative project “Visions of the Future”. Here is a summary of the project with links to further reading and other relevant information.
Workshop info
We invite you to make one or several strings to be incorporated into our kinetic sculpture inspired by the Giant Siphonophore. Try to include materials, words or objects which talk about your personal thoughts, feelings or wishes for the future. It could be your response to one of the stories we’ve selected (links below),or something you heard on the news, saw in a film, read in a book, or experienced yourself.
You can join us for the workshop on Wednesday 5th March (details at the top), where we will have many different materials for you to make strings from – but please also feel free to bring your own materials.
You can also choose to make your string artwork contribution at home, and bring it to us to incorporate into
the sculpture. All we ask is that the string is made up of movable materials, that it’s not too heavy and that it
is maximum 1m long.
What should your string be about?
‘Utopia” means both ‘good place’ and ‘no place’. But why do we have to think of a better life as something
unattainable? Why do we always have to locate it on an imaginary island or planet?
We are hoping to start a conversation about our
possible future. What if anything is possible in the
future – then what would you wish for?
Themes that you might consider when thinking
about the future.
-Your thoughts, visions, hopes or fears for the
future.
-What kind of technology are we going to
have and what would be its role?
– Will AI take over human intelligence or is it
just a tool for harnessing the possibilities of
human collaboration?
-Are egalitarian societies possible?
-Can all important decisions about our lives
be achieved by consensus and can every
member of society have equal say in
them?
-Is it possible for humans to come together
and collaborate peacefully in the future?
-What is a Giant Siphonophore?
One of the stories that inspired us and that
we’d like to share with you is a recently
discovered deep sea organism: Giant
Siphonophore. This creature is in fact made
up of many thousands of small organisms that
collaborate for the benefit of the colony.
Siphonophores can reach over 40 m in length and as such are the longest creatures on Earth, longer than
blue whales. They arrange themselves in intricate swirls but never get entangled! What if all humans found a
way to peacefully collaborate, what kind of future could we achieve?

Bridget Riley (optical movement).
Symbolism: Movement in art mimics life, change, and interaction, much like human wishes that shift over time.
Yoko Ono’s “Wish Tree” series, initiated in 1996. Inspired by the Japanese custom of tying prayers to trees. Her 1996 Wish Piece had the following instructions:
Make a wish. Write it down on a piece of paper. Fold it and tie it around a branch of a Wish Tree. Ask your friends to do the same. Keep wishing. Until the branches are covered with wishes
The tree’s bearing brings forth memories of country walks or childhood games of conkers, but it remains still and cruelly tethered.
LO4-Evaluation for ourselves as feelings
On our research, i have lots of questions about collaborative project as “Visions Of Future” as in what ways the world will be different in the future and what wishes do we have as climate change, growing population in 100 years, wars end ,how will art be in the future etc.
I wonder what is AI? Is it optimistic? What is intelligence as problem solving, communication language, emotional intelligence, reason,or how AI collect tha data?Is it with deep learning, machine learning datasets, algorithms, generative for example Youtube is generative AI in a nutshell,Bots….or Does AI have large language models, neural networks?
Come up with some metaphors for how we could understand or conceptualise AI.
How is effecting us?

Meeting with Foundation Students
Wish trees are trees that hold cultural and spiritual significance across various societies, serving as focal points for individuals to express hopes, desires, and prayers. The traditions associated with wish trees globally as people have tied cloth, written notes, or hammered coins into trees for centuries (e.g., Japanese Tanabata, Turkish Wish Trees, Scottish coin trees, reflecting diverse beliefs and customs hope, health, love, or prosperity—personal and social aspirations.
Connection to Wish Trees: A kinetic wish tree could have mechanized branches that move, shake, or rearrange based on external forces like wind, touch, or digital input
Why Trees?: Trees represent growth, connection, and the bridge between the earthly and the divine.

Our survey responses;

Related on my strings and questions i have created some future messages as i have concerns about global warming also climate change dangers our health by affecting our food and water sources, the air we breathe.
in the future, I expect art will integrate even more with technology. Artists may start using biological and technological tools and i believe that this trend will only grow stronger, and in ten years, creating digital installations will become commonplace.i believe the population will fall next 5 years due to the birth control and some disease.i am thinking about the wars ending but there is no way to guarantee that another World War won’t happen in the future. However, there are steps that can be taken to reduce the chances of a large-scale conflict occurring. Nations should strive to improve diplomatic relations, build strong international institutions such as the United Nations, and develop regional agreements that promote peace and security.
Philippe helped us how to prepare the wooden piece(mirror spine) to attach the snake’s spine with the strings and hang on the stairs land. We plan to hook them over the top of the ribbon then slide it with straps.
The process to make a wooden snake with using a piece of paper, draw the actual length of the spine, measure and cutting a spine to get the curve shape. We make sure if it gets some strength so we use fishwire to hang the strings strong.
The curve wooden piece drilled now and is ready for hang strings, we will gently put them and hang on then we could move around.
